Local Marshmallow Artisans to Appear on Fox59
Alexa Lemley and Samantha Aulick to make gourmet s’mores on morning news
Columbus, Indiana (10.6.10)—Award-winning marshmallow makers Alexa Lemley and Samantha Aulick will appear on the Fox59 morning news show during the 9:00 hour on Wednesday, October 13. They will demonstrate how to make gourmet s’mores using their 240sweet Artisan Marshmallows by Lemleys’ Catering. FOX59 will be giving away marshmallows to some lucky viewers that day.
240sweet Artisan Marshmallows are an Indiana Artisan product. In 2009, 240sweet Artisan Marshmallows were awarded "Best of Indy" by Indianapolis Monthly magazine.

Executive Chef Alexa Lemley is the only Indiana Artisan (www.indianaartisan.org) in Bartholomew County. She was accepted in to the juried program for her 240sweet Artisan Marshmallows. Last year, she was the Artist in Residence at the Indiana State Museum. Chef Alexa is a native of Columbus, Indiana. She is the daughter of Max and Christine Lemley of Columbus, Indiana.
Sales Manager Samantha Aulick is a winner of the 40 Under 40 Award from Columbus Young Professionals and former President of the Group. She is a native of Madison, Indiana and resides in Columbus. She is the daughter of Ray and Betty Aulick, Madison, Indiana.
