Lately, we've been receiving a lot of calls from people craving your favorite sandwich from the Buffy. 

Yes, the original chicken sandwich that Sap created. A fresh, never frozen chicken breast fried, then de-boned and sandwiched with iceberg lettuce and a thin schmear of mayo on a fresh bun. Max and Christine served them to you for over 20 years. Can't you taste the goodness?

Most of the time, we only make it for larger orders. This can be a problem if you only need one or two to satisfy your hunger. On Friday, August 26, 2011, you can pick up between 1 and 100 sandwiches from us! You'll even save $2 from the regular price. Call 812.372.9898 to place your order.

A Wedding at The Fields

Recently we were delighted to cater the picture-perfect June wedding for Chelsea and Brad.

 Organized and planned by our good friend and event designer extraordinaire, Cathy Teeters, over one hundred guests attended the ceremony in Bloomington.

As friends and family gathered, they snacked on fresh fruit and artisan cheese appetizers.

Afterward, everyone enjoyed our Pasta Saute Bar. Each guest was able to choose from a variety of pastas, sauces, and toppings and have their own unique blend prepared and served piping hot by our professional catering staff.

Other delicious options included our Hoosier Dinner Station complete with Lemleys' homestyle pulled pork mini-sandwiches and a fresh salad bar piled high with veggies and warm baked rolls.


A fabulous wedding cake prepared by a local artist topped off the blessed event.
The couple chose Lemleys' Catering based on recommendations from other happy customers and the knowledge that Chef Alexa and Samantha are experts at designing custom serving stations for receptions.

Chelsea says, "We loved working with Sam and Alexa! They listened to all of our suggestions and were very flexible when it came to planning our menu. The food was delicious! I think almost everyone went back for seconds at our reception. All of our wedding guests raved about how amazing the food tasted."

All entries should be submitted digitally. To send via e-mail, include the photo file in an e-mail to with the subject line "Photo Contest Entry." You may also enter by uploading a photo to our Facebook page (

Submission Requirements

Each participant may enter up to three photos, but cannot enter on behalf of someone else. Limit of one $5 website code for each person.
Photographs must depict 240sweet Artisan Marshmallows. 240sweet Artisan Marshmallows must appear in the photo.
All photos must be family-friendly. Sap's Buffeteria, Inc. reserves the right to remove photos from Facebook page.
Entries must be photos of 240sweet Artisan Marshmallows, not other brands or similar marshmallows, and must have been taken in the U.S.
The contest is open to both amateur and professional photographers of all ages.
All photos must have been taken after Jan. 1, 2010.
Photos must not be previously published and Sap's Buffeteria, Inc (owner of 240sweet Artisan Marshmallows reserves the right to publish or reproduce the photos. All photos become the property of Sap's Buffeteria, Inc. and may be used without compensation or credit.
Should people be in the photo, their names, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses must be provided by email to so Sap's Buffeteria,Inc. can notify them in case of publication.
Photos will be judged on creativity, originality, and personal preference by Chef Alexa Lemley and her staff. All decisions of the judges are final.
Winning Marshmallow of the Month Club shipments must be sent to an address in the USA beginning October, 2011. Prize winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
